These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, customers, vendors, and content contributors.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting changes on our website. It is your responsibility to check regularly to determine whether the Conditions have been changed. If you do not agree to any change to the Conditions then you must immediately stop using the Website.
Ordering And Payment
Placing an Order:

- We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders for any reason, including suspected fraud or regulatory concerns.

Shipping And Delivery
We offer shipping within South Africa. Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.
Returns And Refunds
E-liquid return policy:
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on e-liquids due to personal flavor preferences. Taste is highly subjective and varies from person to person. To maintain our strict Quality Control standards, opened e-liquids cannot be reused or resold, so we are unable to accept them as returns.
Disposable vape return policy:
We are unable to return disposable vapes unless they are faulty upon arrival. Disposable vapes are designed for single use and should be discarded once the battery or e-liquid is depleted. Since Vapeology cannot track usage, returns are only accepted if the device is dead on arrival. To uphold our strict Quality Control standards, opened disposable vapes cannot be reused or resold, so we are unable to accept them as returns.
Atomizer/Coil return policy:
Atomizer and coils carry no warranty due to health and hygienic reasons.
Battery return policy:
Batteries can only be returned if they are defective upon purchase. Please check your batteries on the day of purchase to ensure they are functioning properly.
For optimal performance and longevity, we recommend charging batteries using an external charger or a USB wall charger. Charging through a laptop or car charger may significantly reduce battery lifespan or, in some cases, render the battery unusable.
Warranty
Hardware warranty policy
Electronic cigarettes, atomizers, cartomizers, and rechargeable batteries are functional devices designed for long-term use. While they are manufactured to the highest standards, they may naturally degrade or fail over time, especially with continuous use.
Rebuildable atomizers (RBAs, RDAs, RTAs, RDTAs) and Mech Mods are intended for experienced vapers only. These devices require advanced knowledge of electronic cigarettes and vaporizers to be used safely. They are not recommended for beginners, and as such, they do not carry a warranty. We strongly encourage thorough research before purchasing these products to ensure proper and safe usage.
Due to health and hygiene reasons, cartomizers, atomizers, commercial tanks, pods, and coils do not carry a warranty. Please note that all tanks may experience leakage due to various factors, including heat (both environmental and body temperature), liquid viscosity, coil wear, and movement. If a tank leaks due to a manufacturing defect in the seals and cannot be fixed with replacement seals, we will provide a replacement.
Warranty coverage for electrical devices:
Electronic mods and devices are covered by a 90 day manufacturer’s warranty. However, the warranty is void under the following conditions:
- Any physical damage or modifications (scratches, chips, dents).
- A damaged or broken USB port.
- A pushed-in or damaged button due to improper use.
To process a warranty claim, all original parts and accessories must be included. A 25% handling fee will apply for devices missing accessories. Warranties will not be accepted without the original box and/or sleeve of the device.
Product Use Disclaimer
Our products are intended for adult use only and not suitable for minors, pregnant women, or individuals with medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional before use. Many products sold by Vapeology contain nicotine, a highly addictive and potentially harmful substance.
User Accounts, Submissions And Comments
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms.
By submitting reviews, feedback, or comments, you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish them without restriction. You must not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or harmful content. We reserve the right to remove or edit content that violates these terms.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vapeology and its licensors.
